In an effort to bring our customers the best price possible, some of our items are offered as a preorder so we can order exactly what we need to fulfill your orders and also order in bulk to bring prices as low as possible. 

Typically, a preorder will remain open 1-2 weeks.  Occasionally we will offer a flash preorder that must close quickly in order to obtain inventory before it's out of stock.  Other times a preorder may not close on time because we have not met the suppliers minimum order quantity (MOQ). 

When viewing the item description for a preorder, please note the (ETA) estimated date of arrival. This timeframe is when we hope to receive the item in house. Once the items arrive to us, have been inspected, inventoried, and sorted, we can then begin shipping them out to you.  We try very hard to meet the anticipated delivery date, however many of these items are imported and delays do happen.

Preorder items are also not eligible for return.  Please keep this and the possible delivery date in mind before ordering from our preorder collection.  

While some of our items are offered as "ready to ship" (RTS), many items are not currently in stock and will take some time to arrive. Preorders typically take 3-4 weeks to arrive from the time the preorder closes, which could be several days after your order has been placed.

All preorder items will include "Preorder" in the title.  The description will also include the closing date/time and an anticipated arrival time to our location. Please remember that the anticipated time of receipt is an estimate. Once preordered items have arrived at our location, we will get them inventoried, sorted, and packaged as quickly as possible. Remember to follow us on Facebook for the most current updates.

We do allow preordered items to be combined with other preorder items and ready to ship items, unless stated otherwise. However, please note that this will delay the shipping of your order.
